Duty -3 SECRETARY The Secretary shall: Keep minutes of all meetings of the Administration, and issue the agenda and a summary of the meetings. Make appointments for the Chair and Vice Chair, Keep minutes of all general meetings and be the custodian of all records of the Board of Directors Be the liaison of the Board to the remaining Administration, or any other individual, entity or member. Give all notices as required by these by-laws and generally perform all duties as may be required by law, by the Articles of Incorporation, or by assignment of the President and Board of Directors. Be appointed by the Board of Directors. |
Duty-4
TREASURY The Treasury shall: Serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the organization. Provide oversight of the comptroller, keep full and accurate accounts of receipts, collect and deposit all Corporation funds, make disbursements to meet the obligations, prepare and review financial reports with all financial transactions and fiscal conditions. Coordinate financial reports from specific projects or assigned committees.Coordinate internal audit of the coalition accounts once per year.Take the lead in the annual tax refunds and 501 (C) 3 filings with IRS. Report primarily to the Chair /President and Vice Chair. |

BOARD DIRECTOR ADVISORY
Serves as an advocate for the organization. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Assists the Organization to better understand our role and the members, helping to determine best approaches to reaching and engaging key for assistance. Identifies other subject-matter experts and knowledge leaders who can support the organization in a variety of ways and expand the organization's reach and influence. Represents the interests of the profession and is an advocate for the TAACA. Strives to ensure connection of committee activity to TAACA’S mission, strategy and objectives. Participates in meetings, conference calls, task teams, and other activities to the fullest extent possible. |
